1. Controller

2. Hosting and server logs

Hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. (Cloudflare Pages). Processed as technically necessary: IP address, date/time, requested page, browser/OS, referrer. Purpose: delivery, security, troubleshooting. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Cloudflare processes this data as our processor and, by its own statements, retains it only as long as necessary for these purposes; no fixed deletion period for access data is published. We do not create or store server log files ourselves. Cloudflare operates a global network, so processing may take place outside the EU. Transfer basis: EU-US Data Privacy Framework adequacy decision (Cloudflare is certified) or Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 44 et seq. GDPR). A data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR) is in place. Privacy policy: https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/ Fonts are self-hosted; no connection to Google Fonts.

3. No analytics

We use no analytics or tracking tools and no cookies for audience measurement.

Mixes use the SoundCloud player (SoundCloud Global Limited & Co. KG, Berlin). It loads only after you click "Load content"; until then no connection to SoundCloud is made. After the click, data (e.g. IP address, browser data, possibly cookies/identifiers and account data) is sent to SoundCloud, which may store or read information on your device. Legal basis: consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and section 25(1) TDDDG. Withdraw any time via the "Cookie settings" link in the footer or by clearing browser data. SoundCloud privacy: https://soundcloud.com/pages/privacy. Your choice is stored locally in your browser only (technically necessary, section 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG). SoundCloud may also transfer data to service providers in third countries, including the USA.

5. Booking requests (form)

Processed via Formspree, Inc. (USA): the data you enter (name, email, event details, message) and technical metadata. Purpose: handling your request and pre-contractual steps. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, otherwise (f). Processor with DPA; third-country safeguards: EU Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR). Retention: until resolved, then 6 months; statutory periods if a contract is concluded (6/10 years). Name and email are required to process your request; without them we cannot reply. Each submission is forwarded by Formspree by email to our mailbox (see section 6).

6. Email contact

If you contact us by email () or via the form, we process your data to handle your request (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR). Incoming emails to rodmeister.com addresses are forwarded via Cloudflare Email Routing (Cloudflare, Inc., USA, as processor) to a mailbox with Microsoft (Outlook/Hotmail), where they are stored and processed. US transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses. Retention: until resolved, then 6 months; statutory retention periods if a contract is concluded.

No newsletter is offered at present. If one is introduced, this notice will be updated first.
